At Mahamaya Steel Industries the rigorous testing commences right from receipts of Raw material and continues in all the manufacturing steps till the dispatch of the Finished Products.

The Systematic Quality Control processes ensure the correct chemistry, strength, casting, soundness and dimension standards for all the products to achieve optimal performance. An   independent quality control wing (manned by highly qualified chemists equipped with modern testing facilities including UTM, Impact testing Machine, Micro and Macro etching test for instant analysis and hardness Testing etc.) supervises and controls various processes and parameters.

The company has adopted Quality Management System of ISO 9001: 2000 & Holds Certificate No. 38021.  This includes Control of Quality Records, Management Review.  Resources Management, HRD, Product Quality Planning, Marketing & Customer Contact, Design & Development, supplier evaluation & Re-evaluation, purchase procedures, equipment maintenance, tooling management, PPC, process validation, product identification & traceability, control of customer property, handling & forwarding, calibration, customer satisfaction, Internal Quality Audit, product verification, control of non conforming products, data collection and analysis, continuous improvements, corrective action & preventive actions apart from documentations & master records.
